Australian Shepherd

The Australian Shepherd is a dog with a purpose; be active and herd. The
” Aussie” will control livestock or become a family watch dog and revered companion. Australian Shepherds are intelligent and can also be easily trained for dexterity and compliance. The origin of this adaptable breed is debatable and today’s descendents were most likely developed in the mountains between Spain and France. All that aside, the Australian shepherd, with its natural or docked bobtail, is a wonderful pet. Be sure to give an ’Aussie” enough exercise for his true personality to shine.
